[tab=30]STEP 1. Check the water heater fluid.
[tab=30]STEP 2. Check the water heater fluid flow.
[tab=30]STEP 3.
Connector check: A-109 heater water pump assembly connector
[tab=30]STEP 4. Measure the resistance at A-109 heater water pump assembly
connector.
[tab=30]STEP 5.
Connector check: B-122 grounding connector
[tab=30]STEP 6. Check the
wiring harness between A-109 heater water pump assembly
connector terminal No. 2 and B-122 grounding
connector terminal No. 5.
[tab=30]STEP 7. Check the heater water pump assembly.
[tab=30]STEP 8. M.U.T.-III actuator test, service data
[tab=30]STEP 9. M.U.T.-III data list
[tab=30]STEP 10.
Connector check: A-113 EV water PTC heater connector
[tab=30]STEP 11. Check the heater outlet water temperature sensor/heater inlet water temperature sensor.
[tab=30]STEP 12.
Connector check: C-101 A/C control unit connector
[tab=30]STEP 13. Check the
wiring harness between A-113 EV water PTC heater
connector terminal No. 6, 7, 8 and C-101 A/C control unit
connector terminal No. 19, 17, 18.
[tab=30]STEP 14.
Connector check: A-113 EV water PTC heater connector
[tab=30]STEP 15.
Connector check: C-113 A/C control unit connector
[tab=30]STEP 16. Check the
wiring harness between A-113 EV water PTC heater
connector terminal No. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and C-113 A/C control unit
connector terminal No. 25, 33, 34, 35, 36.
[tab=30]STEP 17. Check the high-voltage connector and
wiring harness.
[tab=50] NO <Malfunction of high-voltage fuse No. 3> : Replace the high-voltage fuse No. 3.
[tab=50]
NO <Malfunction of wiring harness on heater side> : Replace the heater.
[tab=50] NO <Malfunction of
wiring harness on main battery side> : Replace the main battery.
[tab=30]STEP 18. Check whether the diagnosis code is reset.
[tab=30]STEP 19. After replacing the A/C control unit, check again if the diagnosis code is set.
HOW TO COPE WITH INTERMITTENT MALFUNCTIONS Attention! basse tension uniquement).
