Questions from an Express owner in Sweden

Sorry about posting this in English, my French is not so good
After owning a Kewet for a year I bought an Express this spring. At first the battery charging was good peaking at 3 kW and charging up to 130 Ah but since a few weeks back the charger is peaking at 2 kW and charging only for 10 minutes. Then the "charging is finished"- light comes on.
My batteries seems to be OK, when charged they hold about 118V and they where changed in -98.
I have some documentation of the car but no complete schematic diagram of the electrics.
Some questions which I would be very greatfull to have answers to:
1. Is it possible to find/buy a complete schematic diagram of the electrics ? Where/how ?
2. In some pages there is a reference to "+APC" and "+AVC". What are those ?
3. Reading my documentation it seems my car is "old". Do you think I have the Thermal breakers that is supposed to be in old car batteries ? There should be two of 57° and three at 35°.
4. What resistance should I expect to find in the Thermal sensors of the batteries at normal temperatures? One seems to be 4400 Ohms and the other 900 Ohms.

http://vehiculeselectriques.free.fr/For ... .php?t=116
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The complete technical manual about Clio is available for free here, i don't have specific Express one but operating is similar
(not the batteries 114V100Ah liquid cooled instead of your 108V140Ah air cooled !)
http://vehiculeselectriques.free.fr/For ... .php?t=116
118V is not enough !
you should read 123V at rest after 100% charge !
Seems to me you have probably a dying charger, typical on these cars.

J'ai oublié de répondre aux 2-3-4
2-
+APC = + après contact, +AVC = + avant contact
3-
4-
C'est çà !
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I forgot to answer with 2-3-4
2
+APC is + after contact (turnkey on), +AVC is + before contact (key off)
3
there is no evolution, your car is identical to all the other years and have the sensors temperatures trunks batteries!
4
value are ok.

I have been busy doing som reading and examinations in the car.
According to the manual on your pages refered to above page 64 there should be thermo breakers in the batteries connected to the charger on point "9" and "26".
Looking at the connector designation for component "929", the charger, there should be no cables on point "9" and "26". Unfortunatly there are no page nubering on those pages but I refer to 929 on the F40-pages.
But I have cables on both these connecting points and there is 11.5 V on both of them !
What is correct

Ok i have it page 64 here:
http://vehiculeselectriques.free.fr/Dow ... lecFin.pdf
you are talking about the electromagnetic breakers for temperature, your car should have them as the document was created in 1996.

Yes, I "should" have them.
But if you look at page 3 of 38 (no page numbering) in the document "ManualClioElec5" and check the connector to component 929 (which is the charger) you will see there are no connection to any electromagnetic breakers !
I think I see the problem now, comparing page 64 and 65, page 64 is the Express(which should have the breakers) and page 65 is the Clio (which do not have breakers according to the picture).
However, if you look at page 3 of 38 (no page numbering) in the document "ManualClioElec5" and check the connector to component 929 this page should be for the Express since it is marked "F40", at the top. But I guess it is really for the Clio !?
This must be where I was lost.
